Jane Seymour Net Worth: $60 Million
Movie: Live and Let Die (1973)
Role: Solitaire
Live and Let Die was Sir Roger Moore’s first outing as James Bond, and the movie was a hit, having grossed more than any of the previous Bond movies worldwide.
The 70s movie included references to black American and Caribbean culture and had a spiritual/supernatural theme running throughout.
The character Solitaire, played by Seymour, typified this theatricality as she was a psychic who reads tarot cards.
Seymour was an instant hit in the movie as Bond’s love interest and made her an international star. The U.K born actress had only been in a handful of movies before getting the role that would propel her onto the world stage.
The actress won her first Golden Globe for best actress in 1982 for East of Eden, and in 1993 was cast as Dr Michaela Quinn in the hugely popular TV series Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman, which earned her a further 4 Golden Globe nominations.
The former Bond girl has been married four times and has four children. In 2018 she became the oldest woman to pose for Playboy at the age of 67.
