7. Oslo, Norway – $353.31
The third Scandinavian city on the list, is the Norwegian capital, Oslo.
The city was founded in 1040 and became a major trading hub in the region, which it remains to this day. Large parts of the city consist of forests such is the people’s dedication to nature and not wanting to develop housing in these areas.
The city is also where the Nobel Prize ceremonies take place.
Going out in Oslo doesn’t come cheap as it is one of the most expensive places in the world to eat fast food and a meal for two (including wine and desserts).
