1. Koenigsegg CCXR – $700,000
The Koenigsegg CCXR was the predecessor to the Agera and was one of the finest supercars of its day back when it was released in 2008 at the Geneva Motor Show.
With a carbon fiber shell chassis reinforced with kevlar and aluminum honeycomb, the CCXR is powered by a 4.7 Litre twin-supercharged V8 engine.
The CCXR differs from the CCX version as its engine was converted to use ethanol fuel in a bid to make the car more ‘environmentally friendly.’
The switch gave the engine more power and was able to generate 1,018 horsepower.
This supercar was so impressive that even boxing legend Floyd ‘Money’ Mayweather made it part of his collection when he bought the limited edition CCXR Trevita for a knockout price of $2.6 million.
